Returns – 14 days to decide, stress-free

According to applicable law, you have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.

How to make a return step by step?

2. Pack the product – preferably in the original packaging, along with the form.
3. Attach the return label, which you received with your order.
4. Send the package – according to the instructions on the return label.

The return is free of charge – the store covers the cost of sending it back.

After a positive complaint review, you may receive:

• ✔️ product repair (if possible)

Refund

In the case of a return or a positively reviewed complaint, the funds will be refunded to your account within 14 days from the moment the return is received or the decision is made.
