Providing personal data is voluntary; however, processing is necessary to perform the contract and to take actions prior to its conclusion.
Refusal to provide data will result in the inability to conclude a contract or take actions prior to its conclusion.

Your data is shared for the realization of specific purposes with:
entities processing data on behalf of the company, in particular subcontractors – such as companies managing branches on behalf of the company, law firms, insurance companies, service providers within warranty repairs,
entities authorized under applicable law,
the bank financing investments.

Data Transfers
The company does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
Your Rights
You have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:
the right to access your personal data and receive a copy (Art. 15 GDPR),
the right to request rectification of your personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
the right to request restriction of processing of personal data, subject to the cases referred to in Art. 18(2) GDPR,
the right to erasure of personal data, subject to Art. 17(3)(b), (d), (e) GDPR,

Retention Period
The company will store your personal data arising from concluded contracts no longer than necessary, i.e. for the duration of the contract and for 6 years after its termination – for the purpose of documenting contract performance and fulfilling tax obligations,
but not shorter than until the final conclusion of any proceedings.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection, i.e. the
President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Information on Automated Decision-Making
Based on the data you provide, the company will not make automated decisions, including those resulting from profiling.
